Yep it' been a long day but she has been sleeping well for the last 4-5 hrs which is great. Anouk is back on liquid food at a staggering 40ml per hour & also back on the gluecose & salt stuff...as you can tell I'm right up there with the medical terminology!
It seems to be the movement she has after a period of liquid food going in that makes her vomit...so it will be slow going in the morning....no star jumps first thing.
The bandage over the stitches is starting to peel away but I can tell you they did a bloody neat job.

I have just had very quiet Skype chat with my mate Darren in LA who's wife, Erin, gave birth last Thursday to lovely Zoe. All wen't apart from the fact that Zoe ended up with the cord wrapped around her neck 5 times! This was all happening while Anouk was in PICU. At the time that was a very sureal & expensive cross Atlantic conversation.
And finally to my beautiful wife....happy 7th wedding anniversary...sorry I forgot the card yet again!
Good night.
