Anouk van't Riet 
26/1/07 - 9/8/12

Early this morning Anouk passed away peacefully in her sleep. Thankyou to all our Family & Friends who have supported us for so long.

 Anouk is now in a bedroom in the Shooting Star CHASE Hospice in Guildford. If you would like to go and see her please feel free. Ring the hospice on 01483 230960 and speak to the shift leader in the in house team to arrange a time.

We will announce her Funeral details soon.

    Our deepest sympathy to you and yours on the passing of Anouk. You three and Anouk have given us a beautiful example of what it means to 'live' with illness. Thank you for sharing this precious time in your lives with us.
